A good year ahead of us

Woah it's been a while! A lot has happened even though the world has continued to be a bit up and down. We're now super excited about 2022 and the opportunities we've got this year!! End of last year we weren't sure how this year would turn out considering our lovely skipper decided to move to paradise (down under) which made it a bit trickier. Good news is that it won't stop us, the line up of competitions this year is just too exciting! It will definitely be worth coming over to Europe to do these regattas. The first thing we'll reveal is two awesome regattas to be sailed during summer. We know you've all been waiting to see what's going on and wondered if there will be any sailing coming up. I can tell you we have some good news for you!

First up;

Nordea Women's Trophy 2022

6-9th of June

First up we got one of our favorite regattas in our favorite place - Nordea Women's Trophy in Marstrand!! It will be sailed in the Fareast 28R as usual but seems like it will be even greater than before! Rumor has it they've changed the format to only sprint racing and they've put a fair bit of price money into the pot (the winner gets 100 000 sek)!! Gotta say we're fizzing about the sprint racing part since it's one of our favorite ways of sailing. Two years in a row at this regatta we've finished in 2nd place and you know what we say - third time's a charm. It's time to keep up the good work all the way into the final. The format for the past two years has been sprint racing in the qualifiers and match racing in the semis and finals. We love match racing as well but it's always exciting with a change!

Next up we got;

Open Champions League final

23-26th of July

We got an invitation to the Open Champions League final this summer in Travemunde, Germany, since we managed to win the Women's final last October in Portugal!! We're stoked to get the chance to race the best men in the world and it will be sailed in the lovely J70s. Of course we'll be bringing the dream team, all girls. Sailing the Women's Champions League final in Portugal last year was absolutely amazing and one of our best sprint racing regattas so far - we can't wait to do more!! It will be a completely new venue for us and new teams to race against.
